iTowers South is now ready for occupation

The 30-storey iTowers South has reached completion and is gearing towards occupation with residential units attracting a starting price of just under a million pula.

iTowers South, which is now the tallest building in the country was built at a cost of around P200 million. With 90% of the scheme pre-sold, promoters of the project say there are only a limited number of units still available for purchase.

 iTowers South, which is predominantly residential, boasts amenities in the form of underground parking, double access control at entrance points and reception, fully-fitted and air-conditioned units, laundry and maid services, as well as discounted gym membership for purchasers.
