Hidden costs in power outages #PowerCrisis

The infamous intermittent power outages experienced in the country do not only inconvenience social lifestyle or damage electrical appliances but also hike the cost of electricity usage in what the technical people call spiking.

Mosienyane said they want to meet BPC to discuss the matter. He explained in technical terms that when power constantly goes off and on due to power outages spiking might occur.
