Margo Sally-Anne Selepe's child was prone to be attacked by rash. However that did not discourage her from going places as a woman. Her recurring rash lacked a clear diagnosis and effective treatment.

Last year, determined to find a solution, she embarked on a journey to create high-quality products that are not only effective but also safe for the whole family.

That was when her company, House of Nalah, was born.

The business is a budding enterprise that specialises in creating a wide range of natural wellness products.

It offers a diverse range of products, which include diffusers, room and linen sprays, soy wax candles, 3D luxury bath bombs, lip scrubs and balms, healing balms for eczema and psoriasis, shower steamers, body butters, body scrubs, and facial serums.

“House of Nalah is a business driven by a passion for creating natural wellness products that promote overall well-being.

With a diverse range of offerings, the company aims to cater to various needs and preferences,” said Selepe. According to the business owner, with a commitment to sourcing raw materials from South Africa and a desire to learn from industry leaders, House of Nalah aims to provide customers with exceptional products that promote overall well-being.

Selepe explained to BusinessMonitor that House of Nalah takes pride in its extensive product range, which is carefully crafted to cater to various wellness needs.

She also revealed that she uses natural ingredients like rosemary, lavender, organic clays, bubble oil, moringa, Shea butter, avocado, coconut and soya beans, adding that all these are eco-friendly. Additionally, the owner views Organic Naturals, another company specialising in scented candles, as a source of inspiration and learning. Rather than perceiving them as competition, House of Nalah sees them as a valuable resource from which they can gain knowledge and insights. Selepe said currently, she operates from her garage, with the assistance of her husband and daughter. However, the business is open to financial assistance in order to expand operations and reach a wider customer base. With the goal of providing natural wellness products to as many people as possible, House of Nalah is eager to grow and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Is our screening adequate?

Sadly, we live in a society that seems to be losing its moral fibre by the day. When parents take their children to a boarding school they do so to give them a brighter future, not to have some dirty paedophilic predator to prey on them. Sex orientation is a touchy subject and for young minds to be sexualised at a young age by a grown man perpetrating harm on them by cutting through their sphincter muscle to penetrate their anal canal. Anyone can...
