Massive uptake for plots at Francistown�s new estate

FRANCISTOWN: At least 300 hectares of the northern city’s newest estate, Northern Gateway City have been bought by a mix of property developers, retail investors and international buyers.

Owned by Modern Ventures (Pty) Ltd, the Northern Gateway City is a 945 hectare integrated estate comprising residential, commercial and industrial plots.

Speaking at the launch of the new estate recently, owner of Belshane Auctions as well as the sales agent for the plots, Olebeng Ngwakwena said over 300 hectares of land at the estate have so far been purchased by different stakeholders.
