The Finance Ministry and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) have appealed a High Court judgement that ruled against the duo’s decision to award a property lease tender to Zambezi Motors against Varsha Enterprises.

Varsha Enterprises is a company owned by property mogul Sayed Jamali and Zambezi Motors is an estate company, owned by businessman Ishmael Nshakazhogwe.
