AU must not neglect Burundi

African Heads of States are meeting in Addis Ababa Ethiopia this week to discuss the challenges facing the continent. On the agenda includes the raging drought in some parts of the continent due to Climate Change, as well as the possible threat to food security as a result of the drought.

The economic outlook is also an issue that needs the attention of the Heads of State since the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank forecast a slow growth due to a slump in commodity prices, and China’s slow growth.
