Road accidents continue to claim lives

A police report shows that five people died in road traffic accidents in the just-ended President’s Day holidays as compared to six who lost their lives the same period last year.
The accidents occurred at Rasesa, Gamononyane lands in the Mogoditshane area and Monogeng lands near Artesia. The Botswana Police Service’s (BPS) deputy public relations officer, Near Bagali said for the period under review there was an increase in the total number of road traffic accidents as 228 were registered as compared to the 202 recorded in 2018.
