South African music giants, Young Stunner, Dlala Thukzin and DJ Maphorisa are the headliners of the third Annual Kgatleng Xmas Eve All White, which will be held at the Satywell Gardens in Rasesa on December 24.

The three will share the stage with other top local artists such as A.T.I, Juu Matere and Baxon. In an interview with Arts&Culture, one of the event coordinators, Nkarabang Molemele explained that the occasion is meant to welcome and celebrate Christmas in style. He added that they came up with the concept after realising there was need for a huge concert in Kgatleng during the Christmas holidays. He explained that the event brings in urban lifestyle to the Kgatleng area and unite Bakgatla in celebrating their arts.

He also urged revellers to expect a classy and elegant incident-free event, with electrifying performances, and great ambiance. Molemele added that they were mostly targeting the vibrant revellers leaving in and around Kgatleng. Other artists who will perform on the day include DJ Bunny, HAPEX Guru, Davital and the legendary Dalom Kids, “Our hosts are T.H.A.B.O, MC CBD and April Gates. We always run incident-free events, due to the tight security and safety we bring to our attendees. Normally they always applaud our security saying it is as if we hired soldiers.

This illustrates the massive bodyguards we deploy in our events. However we have challenges such as lack of sponsorship,” he added. “We have exclusive performance by Dlala Thukzin and Young Stunner, you can only see them performing in Botswana on the 24th only at Kgatleng Xmas Eve. We also have a collaboration performance between Baxon and Juu Matere. This is a monumental time in the entertainment industry of BW. Our event will be bringing explosive performances to Kgatleng,” he added.
