Despite being the only African country participating at the Little Miss Princess of the World pageant Botswana’s own Tshepang Khan won the title. Her peers won big also on Monday night in Russia.

Khan, 14, was crowned the overall winner for the pageant with Wedu Sebina, 14, taking the second position. Lekana Baipoledi, 11, was in position 3 in the kids’ category.  They all received crowns and gifts.

Speaking from Russia Little Miss Universe Botswana licenceholder, Tebogo ‘Tebbie’ Lebanna stated that despite being the only African country participating, the young Botswana models found it easy to compete with their international counterparts.
