Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development, Thapelo Olopeng has already given festive revellers a go-ahead after Cabinet approved the entertainment hours for the festive season. December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1 and 2, 2018 will see entertainment floodgates open, as revellers will groove from 6pm to 6am.
