Exzozo Entertainment has struck a partnership with one of Africa’s leading music channels, Trace Africa for its much-anticipated Pretty Girls Love Good Music festival billed for November 27 at the Royal aria Stadium in Tlokweng.

As preparations for the music festival gears up, the organisers recently announced the music channel as their official TV partner for the gig in a deal worth over P300,000.

Trace Africa is an Afro-pop music channel dedicated to airing Africa's top music artists. The event organiser and founder of Exzozo Entertainment, Godwin Exotic Sebina said he is excited at the opportunities and exposure the sponsorship with Trace Africa will accord the festival.

He explained that the sponsorship entails television and social media advertisement, travel costs to the festival, event coverage and airing it post the event. “It also includes playing the after movie also after it passes.

They are the official TV partners and I am excited as it will take the brand internationally,” Exotic said. The Pretty Girls Love Good Music festival returns for Season 2 after a successful debut season in 2021.

While the previous event was dominated by Amapiano, Exotic said they have made a tweak to the event this term. “Yes it was an Amapiano because of Scorpion Kings and I honestly thought it’s a once off event as the genre does not have much sustainability in terms of longevity so I now themed it “GOOD MUSIC” Which will be a permanent name to allow for all genres every year every last Sunday of November,” he explained.

After months and months of preparations, Exotix said it Is all systems go for the event with everything already in place for the main day. “We are gearing up to November 27. Main event logistics are in place. We (have) been marketing for six months so now we just making sure that everything is booked and availed for the day; we are more than ready,” he added.

The festival has an interesting line-up headlined by South African rapper KO, whose trending hit song Sete is likely to get revellers grooving hard. He will perform alongside fellow countrymen Nasty C, Focalistic and Amaroto while William Last KRM will lead a host of talented local acts such as Baxon, Benny T, Casper The DJ, DJ Bunny, Phouboy, Frostbite, T-man, Teaz, Rudo, Romeo, Lian, Laninah Benz, 4DD, Khebah, Modric, Hapex Guru, Tosh, Culture Days, K1 and Ace Blanco. Tickets for the show sell for P200 pre sell, P300 general, P1,500 VIP, and VVIP for P2,500.
