Thapong Fair draws crowds

The first Thapong International Arts Fair (TIAF) was a crowd puller when a number of local and international craft makers showcased a variety of artistic crafts on Saturday.

As part of the Botswana golden jubilee celebrations, the TIAF had on display a variety of crafts ranging from photographs, paintings, clay pots, bead works, clothing and wooden crafts by various artists. Upcoming and established craft makers such as Daisy Bailelwang, Chawa Masum, Omogolo Gomosie and Nyane Seiphetlheng showcased their crafts.

This time around the fair, included artists who are not affiliated to Thapong Visual Arts Centre.
