Beautiful girls who scooped both Mini and Little Miss Little World Idol Botswana titles walked home with smiles after scooping a number of awards at a ceremony held on Saturday.

Katlego Mpudi, who was recently crowned Mini Miss Junior Idol World Botswana and Little Miss Junior Idol World Botswana new queen, Jessica Jack, Pre Teen Junior Idol World BW, Anke Nkwe and the new Miss Teen Junior Idol World Botswana queen, Apple Modiakgotla won themselves a number of prizes after doing well before and during the grand finale.

Mpudi scooped the Public Choice, Best Evening Gown, Best Catwalk and Best National Costume. She further won the following prizes; a tablet from Business Joint, accommodation and breakfast at Golden Door Villa, evening Gown From one of the fashion Designers Berry Heart Creations, smith the Seam Ripper, Abuu Fashion Designer and tuition classes from Rik Tuition Center.

On the other hand, Jack won Best National Costume, Best Talent and Best Catwalk. She also walked home with the following prizes; Tablet from Business Joint, accommodation and breakfast at Golden Door Villa, evening Gown From one of the fashion Designers Berry Heart Creations, smith the Seam Ripper, Abuu Fashion Designer and tuition classes from Rik Tuition Center.

Their first and second princesses also did not go home empty handed. Nkwe won the Best National Costume, Best Talent and Best Catwalk awards. She also won a tablet from The Business Joint, Accommodation and breakfast at Golden Door villa, Evening Gown From one of the fashion Designers Berry Heart Creations, Smith The Seam Ripper, Abuu Fashion Designer and tuition classes from Rik Tuition Centre while Modiakgotla who also won a few awards like Public Choice, Best Evening Gown and Best Catwalk awards. She won a tablet from Business Joint, accommodation and breakfast at Golden Door Villa, Evening Gown from Berry Heart Creations, Smith the Seam Ripper, Abuu Fashion Designer and tuition classes from Rik Tuition Centre.

Millicent Otlogetswe, who is the first runner up for Mini Miss Junior Idol World Botswana, scooped the People's Choice Award. She walked away with a wall watch, two side lamps, public speaking class with Pato Makuku and the Little Category first runner up Naledi Kusane won the Best Evening Gown Award. She also walked away with a wall watch, two side lamp, public speaking class with Pato Makuku. Moreover, the second runner up Puoeng Maje won the humanitarian award and also went home with a wall watch and will be taking public speaking class with Makuku.

According to pageant's director, Lebogang Matheakgomo, the mission of Junior Idol World Botswana was to create one of the world’s exquisite international kids pageant contests which was not only to discover the winners. She added that the aim was to create more opportunities for the young generation, showcase their talents, attitudes and ability to the world.
