The 2018 senior women’s World Softball Championships qualifiers that were scheduled to be played in South Africa last month have been postponed to January.

“Again we would like the tournament to be sanctioned by the WBSC. Furthermore, WBSC office will handle the communication to the member countries,” reads part of the letter. Meanwhile, Zambia has pulled out of the qualifiers as it does not have a full women’s team.
