Bright vows to overturn deficit

Gaborone United (GU) will overturn the 2-0 deficit they incurred against South African opponents, Supersport United in the first leg of the CAF Confederations Cup last weekend, coach David Bright has said. GU host Supersport in the second leg this weekend.

Bright watched as his side failed to choke the South African side at a crucial time in Pretoria where they fell 2-0 in the first round tie.

Mandla Mgadla had the best opportunity to grab a vital away goal for GU, but his decision when clear on goal let him down. He pushed the ball straight at goalkeeper Rowen Williams who collected the tame effort.
