Chambeshi won't rejoin Chiefs yet

Former Mochudi Centre Chiefs coach Beston Chambeshi has ruled out a reunion with the Kgatleng giants saying he has already started his new job in Zambia.

Chambeshi was tipped to take over from Madinda Ndlovu who has since joined cross-town rivals Township Rollers.It was recently announced that Chambeshi would return to Chiefs, as head coach again in time for the start of the new be MOBILE Premier League season.But the Zambian mentor told Mmegi Sport that his new employers had said they could only release him in October.

"My new team say they can only release me in October, we are still talking though," he told Mmegi Sport.Chambeshi took up a job at Zambia Super Division side Konkola Blades last week.Chambeshi's move was confirmed on Saturday afternoon.He has a two-year contract with Blades in Chililabombwe, a town located some 25km from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) border post of Kasumbalesa."I have gone to Konkola; I started work on Thursday. I have been given a two-year contract," Chambeshi revealed.
