Business mogul-cum-politician, Satar Dada has given the Botswana Football association (BFA) P100,000 for development.

The donation will benefit the BFA's Football Development Appeal (FODA). During the donation ceremony on Monday, Dada said FODA is a very important initiative, which should be encouraged and supported. He added that his flagship company, Motor Centre has found it fit to be part of the project. He said that Motor Centre should help the country to prepare for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

FODA deputy chairperson, Rose Tatedi said that the generous contribution by Motor Centre will go a long way in assisting the initiative. "I want to believe that everyone is hopeful that the Zebras will make it especially to the 2010 AFCON in Angola. The loss to Ivory Coast presents a challenge for people to rally behind the team so that we win the remaining fixtures," she said. She encouraged other companies to finance FODA.
