Although the initial target was silver, Botswana got bronze at the Zone VI Darts Championships held in Zimbabwe last week.

Defending champions, South Africa, who have dominated the competition over the years, retained the title while hosts, Zimbabwe finished second.

Botswana Darts Association (BDA) public relations officer, Motsholathebe Kutoro said although they did not meet their target, there was improvement in the performance of the team.  “Nothing went wrong, we have improved. There was a slight improvement,” he said. He said they missed silver by a few points.
