The troubled Botswana Motor Sport (BMS) was scheduled to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) after two years but sharp differences between the association’s leadership has cast doubt over the weekend’s meeting.

“Due to some factors we need to sort in the (BMS) office we have decided to postpone the AGM that was scheduled for Saturday. We are yet to decide on a new date and we would inform our members about the postponement during the day,” BMS vice president administration, David Mashonja told Mmegi Sport yesterday.

However, the association’s president Simon Modisaeman contradicted Mashonja saying the meeting would go ahead as planned.
