Some of the requirements are that all clubs should have set up offices with full-time staff.

The clubs are expected to have a general manager who is responsible for running its daily business. They are also expected to have a medical doctor and a physiotherapist among other things. Some of the Premier League sides have said they are well within meeting the requirements before the season can start.
