Lesotho Defence Force and Manzini Wanderers of Eswatini complete Group A, with the tournament scheduled to be played from August 26 to September 4, 2021. Boseja was a junior player at Double Action until 2015 when she joined Township Rollers. She returned to the Gaborone based side in 2017 for a brief spell before joining Bloemfontein Celtic in the 2017 winter transfer window.
The 23-year-old was signed by Sundowns in May, a move, which was queried by Action as they claimed the player belonged to the Gaborone Region Women’s League side. She recently started training with her new teammates as she is on the path to recovery from an injury sustained earlier this year. Boseja has announced her intentions of breaking into the starting lineup of the star-studded side ahead of the tournament that will be played in a month’s time.

My stats say it best. I have been named in various matches (as) player of the tournament, goalkeeper of the tournament and the like,” she told Sundowns media.
In Group B are Turu Magic of Namibia, Green Buffaloes FC of Zambia and Zimbabwe’s Black Rhino Queens FC. The seven teams are vying for a spot in the inaugural CAF Champions League tournament scheduled for later this year. In the COSAFA qualifying tournament, the two top teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals to determine the winner for the continental ticket.
