The Commission submitted its findings two weeks ago. The BFA had previously said that it is studying the report and the findings or final determination by the association will be "shared publicly in due course".
However, this week BFA CEO, Mfolo Mfolo said the report will not be made public. “The report has been duly shared with the relevant stakeholders being the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and the Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC). It is not in our interest to make the report public because we have shared it with the relevant stakeholders,” Mfolo told Mmegi Sport this week.
Asked if the BFA has acted on the recommendations of the report, Mfolo was cagey with details. “We are working on the recommendations from the report, and I cannot divulge more on that,” he said. In the audio, there are suggestions of match-fixing. Authorities including the Ministry of Youth, Gender, Sport and Culture and the BNSC had instructed the BFA to fully investigate the matter.
Mojaki, who is BFA's general manager-football operations, was slapped with a suspension after the leaked audio. Bondo was also suspended pending an investigation by a three-man Commission made up of Mboki Chilisa, Leviet Ntaagwae, and Ernest Mmopi. There are reports that Mojaki has returned to work. However, the BFA has declined to comment on his reported return.
There is speculation that the report absolves the concerned parties of match-fixing. Sources have further said the findings of the Commission have not recommended any form of action against Gaborone United financier, Nicholas Zakhem, who was implicated in the audio. In the audio, Mojaki created insinuations that he had been sent by Zakhem. But in a previous interview with Mmegi Sport, Zakhem expressed shock at the mention of his name in the leaked audio.

In one case, a young man was fatally struck by a truck whilst...
