Christmas Wreath P.A.B

You know how people say, “The greatest thing since sliced bread”? Well, a slice is not as much fun as Pull-Apart-Bread (PAB).
PAB is a great party appetiser that comprises of a bunch of little individual rolls, neatly baked together into one big loaf. You can make the loaf any shape as you want. One can also use a Bundt pan or free hand to make a ring shape.
PAB bread is incredibly easy to make especially when using our famous 2i Dough (2 ingredient) made with Nutriday plain yoghurt and just for versatility, you can choose to make it sweet or savoury.
Keep the flavours simple or load it up and give it more complexity. When I chose to make this, I knew I wanted cheese, garlic, some heat and a few other ingredients, which would add great flavour and colour. I made sure to serve my Christmas Wreath Pull Apart Bread hot, with a nice marinara sauce on the side for dipping. It was a great first attempt and is definitely making its way on to the Chellzkitchen Christmas menu. You should consider making one too! It’s been another amazing year writing, sharing recipes with you, hearing from your kitchens, cooking together during lessons and in spirit. We hope to see you back here this coming January 2023, cooking up a storm and sharing some new Danone #Mopako101 ideas. I appreciate you all! Wishing you a perfect Merry Christmas. May God shower you with new opportunities and lots of blessings.”
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Cake Flour
1 1/2 Cup Nutriday
Plain Yoghurt
1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Oregano 3 Tablespoons (43g) Unsalted Butter, Melted, Room Temperature
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all dry ingredients then incorporate Nutriday Plain Yoghurt. Mix and turn out dough. Kneed for 3 mins. The dough should be soft and tacky to the touch. If the dough is too soft and overly sticky, mix in additional flour 1 tablespoon at a time until it is more manageable to work with. For soft and fluffy bread, take care to not add too much flour. Transfer the dough to a generously floured surface and sprinkle some flour on top of the dough. Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces. Make the garlic butter coating by whisking together the melted butter, garlic and salt. Use a pastry brush to coat the warm rolls in the garlic butter before serving.
NOTES
Generously coat the bread in the garlic butter topping while it is still warm. The heat from the rolls will help release the fragrance.
